What filming in Lithuania involves

Lithuania is compact enough to combine city and regional days, but the route still needs to be built around access, daylight, parking and company moves. Vilnius is usually the main base; Kaunas, Klaipeda, the Baltic coast and smaller towns can then be added where the schedule allows.

Crew, equipment and local coordination

We can book an individual fixer in Lithuania, fill gaps in a travelling team or arrange a complete local camera, lighting and sound crew. We can also coordinate rental equipment, transport, call sheets and the local suppliers needed around the shoot.

Permits and access

The lead time depends on the location and footprint. Private interiors, public streets, traffic control, drones and larger exterior setups do not follow the same process, so we check ownership and authority requirements before the schedule is locked.

Using Vilnius as a base

Vilnius offers airport access, crew and suppliers as well as historic and contemporary city settings. If the shoot starts there, our Vilnius fixer can handle city prep and connect it with later days in Kaunas, Klaipeda or elsewhere in Lithuania. We can then advise where to base the team and what to book first.
